Privacy Policy
1.1 CoreTechnologyWorks ("the Company"), registered at Avenida de Velazquez 1, 29004 Malaga, Spain, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all visitors and clients in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
1.2 We collect personal data solely for the purpose of delivering IT infrastructure management services, including but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, and technical environment details necessary for service execution.
1.3 Personal data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — necessary for the performance of a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in maintaining service quality and security.
1.4 Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers within the European Economic Area. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary for contracted service delivery.
1.5 Clients may exercise their rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time by contacting [email protected], including: access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection to processing.
1.6 Data retention periods are aligned with active service contracts. Upon contract termination, personal data is retained for a maximum of 24 months for legal and audit compliance, after which it is securely deleted.
Terms of Service
2.1 These Terms of Service govern the provision of IT infrastructure management services by CoreTechnologyWorks, located at Avenida de Velazquez 1, 29004 Malaga, Spain, to the Client.
2.2 Services include automated data backup, continuous performance monitoring, incident response, cloud infrastructure management, network optimization, and related IT operations support as specified in individual service agreements.
2.3 Service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement commencement. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
2.4 CoreTechnologyWorks shall perform services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with generally accepted industry standards. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are defined in separate documentation per engagement.
2.5 Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, CoreTechnologyWorks will provide reasonable transition assistance and deliver all client data in standard formats within 14 business days.
2.6 Limitation of liability: CoreTechnologyWorks' total aggregate liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Refund Policy
4.1 CoreTechnologyWorks is committed to delivering high-quality IT infrastructure management services. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following policy.
4.2 Service Delivery Failures: If CoreTechnologyWorks fails to deliver contracted services due to internal causes, the Client is entitled to a full or partial refund proportional to undelivered service milestones.
4.3 Cancellation Before Commencement: If a service engagement is cancelled before work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
4.4 Mid-Service Cancellation: If cancellation occurs after service delivery has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the proportion of undelivered milestones as defined in the original service agreement.
4.5 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed charge. CoreTechnologyWorks will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
4.6 This Refund Policy is governed by Spanish consumer protection law and applicable European Union regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
